i used to play a lot of rugby and weight lifitng when i was younger before i had my babies then it all went to pot and im back and determined to get in shape
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush , and the euphoia of improving as well as over comming the challenges

Goal (Long):
Ok ive had enough of being flabby this is my goal for the next 24 weeks i am gradually going to turn my flabby body into a strong one, showing the muscles that i know i have somewhere
so the progress pics werent great but hey on wards and up wards or words to that effect. Weight bench arrived and its great although hubby is not intrested in it whatsoever apart from telling me that theres no way im gonna paint it pink - so ive decided purple with blue and in the words of...
This is a 24 week programme (and im open to suggestions) there is a lot of cardio in there (every other day) as i find it a good stress buster (it also tires out the two cow dogs we have)
Week 1-6
Cardio
Running 5 mile twice a week
Cycling 5 mile twice a week
Swimming 300 meters twice...
