I was very slim and wanted to bulk up when i was in highschool... and it all kinda started from there.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for the extra energy it gives me and it takes my mind off life's problems.

Read articles when I can and come on here to check out new techniques to use in the gym.

Really well, thank you. I've been very pleased with my training the past couple of weeks. Did my morning cardio first thing today and I'll be going back tonight for legs and shoulders..woohoo!!

we are on the same page! im trying my best to lean out for summer while trying to pack on more muscle. Too many bbqs this weekend isnt helping.
