The rest of this month will be spent lifting heavier weights at the gym. Next month, I'll cut calories again to get down below 180 lbs and make my stomach look a little flatter.

Lots of vacation & time off. Now getting back on track. Stricter dieting and lifting more at the gym.
BTW - going to throw away bathroom fat scale... says I'm actually going UP in BF since 3 months ago! No matter what it says, I think there's definite improvement over the last 3 months...

3rd week. I dunno... I was feeling like I was getting bigger, but these 3 weeks of pix look pretty similar. 6 weeks to go.

After goofing off for 3 months & putting back on the pounds. I'm working at losing 8 pounds in 4 weeks with diet & cardi. Keeping up with weights to minimize muscle loss. Here I am after shedding 3 lbs of fat.

Shed 4 pounds in 2 weeks. On track. not much difference from last week. but it will be interesting to compare all four when the month is done.
