How I Started:
Started lifting weights 3 x per week about 2 years ago. Been on and off since then. Work, moving and the rest of life sometimes getting in the way. Settled back in California now and out to make 2009 the year I hit my goal of 175 lbs and bodyfat below 12%. So far so good... Once I hit that goal, it's on to the six pack abs!

How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the great transformation and progress pix on Bodybuilding.com. Some of these guys are incredible. If they can do it, why not me?
Also love catching site of a muscle or a cut I never noticed before especially when I least expect it ;-)
BB Accomplishments:
When I reach my goal of slimming down to a leaner 175 with 12% body fat by 6/5/09 that will be my biggest accomplishment.

Wrapping Up Week TwoLost four pounds so far, four more to go. I think the next two weeks might start to get a little harder.
