hey hun,good to see you still hard at it...dont think i will be hitting Vagas! my buddy booked today flights are actually cheap probably due to the resession! lol..but between my leg and my shoulder theres just too many injurys! Was thinking of goin for the support but would only do my head in not being able to compete! hope your keeping well.

hey Claudia yes we have not talked in a while my training is not goin so well injured my shoulder about 3 weeks ago and its in a lot of pain..very hard to train around it but will be back again..as always..missed talking with you hope you are keeping well...you look great... xxx
