Hurt my back doing kickboxing when i was 18 years old went to the gym to try help with the recovery and never stopped going since.
Why I Love It:
Why would you not love it...you only get one body might as well look after it..

love the challange of trying to train heavier every week or trying to get better bigger all the time..
BB Accomplishments:
Won my first Competition when i was 20 years old the IRISH NATIONALS. unreal feeling when your called out as the winner..Won 2 powerlifting competitions a few years later but just didnt have the effect of the bodybuilding.(no disrespect to the powerlifters).

hottest girl in Iraq? lol...thanks. I am doing good. Training Hard. Just found out about a show here in Oct. They asked me to be in it. I guess to encourage women. Im not where near show ready but im going to have fun with it and see how my body does. Ive been reading alot on what do to, food and water wise for 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week, etc..IM STILL LOST BUT THATS OKAY...Im learning. lol...how are you? Hows training?
Yes I did - down 2% since April. Just about to post my new stats. I'm excited, my hard work is paying off....I think that means time for new pictures! How are things with you?
I'll get some pictures soon. My training is going great. Tomorrow I'm getting my measurements and body fat done so I'll see then how much I've improved.
