How I Started:
I started working out with a buddy in college. Mostly weight training. Since, yoga, swimming, running, blading, etc.
Why I Love It:
I like knowing my body and being able to make changes ie improvie it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Going to the gym keeps me motivated. Seeing bigger guys or people making progress helps me. I like seeing progress when I look in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained about 12-15lbs last year. (yeah, I was even skinnier before.)

I've been hitting the shoulders most. Tendinitis prevents me from doing biceps very often. You have to eat, no way around it...oh and drink whey shakes with creatine...I hear that works well!
