I've been hitting the shoulders most. Tendinitis prevents me from doing biceps very often. You have to eat, no way around it...oh and drink whey shakes with creatine...I hear that works well!
Hey - thanks for the advice. Good to hear from you. I haven't started taking it yet, but plan to do so in early December. Hopefully it will add some good mass.

Yeah im still here. alive and kickin. back in the gym today and it was rough. i'll be back to my old self. havent gained any weight so im happy for that
Thanks Matt, Looking good yourself! Have you changed your workout routine lately? That might kickstart progress again. Whats your routine like at the moment? I can send you some suggestions for changing things up if I know what your doing now.
