Background

When I Started: Jun 1989
HOW I STARTED:

Was short and fat, then a virus left me short and scrawny.. Had afew rather large friends who showed me the correct way to build a base, and I have yet to stop!

WHY I LOVE IT:

The ability to manipulate how my body responds to stress by slight changes in diet and intense training is more than enough to get me hooked!

Day 1- Upper Body
Pull-ups- 2 sets to failure
Dumbbell flyes flat bench- 2 sets @ 20-30 reps
Lateral raise- 2 sets @15-20 reps
Shoulder press (Hammer Strength or barbell)-2 sets @25-30 reps
Bench press- 2 sets @ 20-25 reps
Bench press(heavy) rest/pause 335lbs 1 rep 10 sets
Seated cable row- 2 sets@25-30 reps
Dips- 2 sets to failure
Alt. dumbbell curls- 2 sets @ 20 reps
Tricep press machine- 2 sets @ 30 reps


Day 2- Lower Body
Squats- 5 sets@ 10 reps GVT style
Step-up on bench- 30 reps each leg 3 sets
Leg press- 3 sets @ 30-40 reps(alternating foot placing)
Lunge w/dumbbells- 3 sets@ 25 reps w/40lbers
Leg curl, seated- 3 sets@ 25-30 reps
Leg extension- 3 sets @ 25-30 reps
SLDL- 2 sets @ 20 reps
Seated calf raise- 2 sets to failure
Standing calf raise- 2 sets to failure
Sumo squat w/100lb dumbbell- 2 sets @15-20 reps

Day 3-Off!

Day 4- Upper Body
Lat pulldown- 3 sets @ 20 reps
Incline dumbbell press- 3 sets @20 reps
Cable crossovers- 3 sets @ 30 reps
Barbell rows- 3 sets @ 20 reps
One-arm cable row- 3 sets each arm@ 20 reps
Upright rows- 3 sets @ 20 reps
Shrugs- 1 set to failure
Bent lateral raise- 3 sets @ 30 reps
Hyper extensions- 2 sets @ 20 reps
Tricep pulldown w/ rope- 3 sets @ 40 reps
Cybex preacher curl- 2 sets @ 50 reps


Day 5- Lower Body, same as Day 2 with heavier sets and less reps, no more than 20 reps per set..

Things I can't stand about message boards, Part Deux!!

When you think I'm gone, I linger like a cottage cheese fart! There's some more degenerates that need the spotlight shined on them, or at least beat them with it: Those who stack 20 products to do one thing, and fail... When did it become fashionable to list your supplement regiment in your signature? I swear it's alot of young dildos who list out everything they take on a daily basis. So, you really think you'll gain 15lbs of muscle if you take 3 scoops of NitroHaloEpiRush, drink CreaCarboAminoStane while you curl in the squatrack, then take 3 scoops of HydroBetaMalateCaseinHydrate afterwards...

Anyone who knows me from back in 2000 knows I've had issues with depression every so often.. Not to the point where I needed drugs/therapy/straight jackets, but I'd shut-down and try to avoid the world as best as possible.. It sucked! I didn't lift, talk to anyone, or even get out of bed.. I was a mess... Until Now!! I've been drawing alot, simple sketches of different forms and figures, mostly female forms.. No idea why, but whenever I pick up a pencil I draw a hottie.. The "women" I tend to draw are usually fit, in either natural poses (I have one sitting on a sofa with a notebook...

My weekend in Texas, and no fried Coke..

Sometimes I hate writing events in a story format, so I'll just write the points as I find important! All you can eat at the FeedStore was way too much fun! The meat was fallin' off the ribs.. Too many Patriots fans were on my flight into DFW, they can be as bad as Red Sox fans because they're usually one in the same.. There are way too many hot women in Texas, Mrs. Fox would've kicked my ass for droolin' if she wasn't doing the same.. Sweet potato pancakes at Biscuit's set the morning off lovely! The Texas State Fair was off the hook, got some shots of the new Caddies I posed on in the enV.....
