How I Started: Was short and fat, then a virus left me short and scrawny.. Had afew rather large friends who showed me the correct way to build a base, and I have yet to stop!
Why I Love It: The ability to manipulate how my body responds to stress by slight changes in diet and intense training is more than enough to get me hooked!
How I Stay Motivated: My daughter talks to her friends about how big her dad's arms are, how strong her dad is and such.. Staying healthy enough to give her away at her wedding is my goal..
BB Accomplishments: Placed top 5 in two NPC shows, and plan to do it all again..

Goal (Short): Lean out, then bulk up with minimal fat gain..
Goal (Long): I want to maintain being lean, while gaining abit more lean mass.. So far I keep the fat down at 215lbs, next is to keep it down at 225..
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I do anywhere between 10-30 reps depending on my current routine, and how far into failure I want to go..
