rite now im doing a normal 1 body part per day split im only gaining strength tho. im actualy going to start a new program monday which is alot like gvt, i made a few adjustments and its still realy high volume(actualy hihger then gvt) plus higher frequency. its gunna be extreemly taxing but im planning on doing it with around a 4500-4800 calorie deit i gotta get big. ill let u know how it goes and if u wanna give it a try after gvt ill let you know if its worth it, keep trainin hard

bad luck i have i guess. i injured my shoulder a few weeks ago, doc said 6 weeks off miniumum so im out for possibly another month. im gunna skip the comp theres no way ill be ready for the show. when recover im going to train smart and hard. keep it up your looking big and remeber give it your all.

what makes you think im weak? those stats in my bodyspace arnt correct anyway but this is bodybuilding anyway i train for size not strength so its not like it matters
