Golds is kool. I know mad people there plus they have all the hammer strength equip. I only trained at sportime to hit the heavy bag when i wasent kickboxing elsewhere but i have a bag in apartment so im good..

whats good man? na i dont lift there anymore.. ive been personal training for 6years so i workout in a private studio and also golds in lynbrook. Ive competed b4 thinking about it again! Im not sure if i know u tho. Best of Luck with everything ..

GVT is going alright, havent measured much progress just arms, gained i think about 1 cm on arms so far (3.5-4 weeks?)that is all ive really measured. For legs its sucks though because of my knee which isn't getting better as quick as i hoped, been off leg training for 2 weeks now! My legs feel so weird because they are usually always somewhat tired lol. How is your training? Look big in the new pic.
