I was skinny and out of shape.In 1980 I walked into a BB/Powerlifting Gym, and the rest is history, I been working out ever since.
Why I Love It:
Complete health and well being. Keeps me focused. Oh, did I forget to mention, I am very competive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hired a professional trainer. Setting goals and sticking with them. Never giving up!
