How I Started:
i started working out from an early age but without any clear vision of what I wanted to accomplice.
at May 2007 I was truly inspired by a couple of talks I had with friends, I started reseaching the internet, came to Bodybuiling.com and found almost anything about techincs, info about nutrition and supplements,so I put a specific goal into tranforming my body.
I decided to start exercising regulalry and slowly I also changed my diet to health foods olny.
went from 82kgr-181Lb to 95kgr-210Lb gaining a lot of muscle but also bodyfat :(
in summer 2008 came down to 77kgr-170Lb and 16% bodyfat in 2 months!
The rest is yet to come...
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding (natural bodybuilding) is a great sport: it gives me focus, energy, inspiration, motivation to overcome my limits, all these qualities that you get when you are an athlete!
It is also a great lifestyle for myshelf, it is a way to meet and express yrself to other people, enjoy new friendships and expiriences!
How I Stay Motivated:
one of my greatest ways of stay motivate is to keep looking at photos of others.
I truly can say that Bodyspace is my greatest motivator since for 2 years now!
I am also motivated by the old school bodybuilders like Larry Scott, seeing their accomplisments and how they stand nowdays!

Goal (Long):
My goal is to keep gaining muscle reaching 85 kgr(187 lbrs) till 15th December 2009, while remaining in the same level(or less) body fat (18%<).
Another goal I am setting is to raise my strength limits in deadlifts(from 100kgr-202lbr, at least 20% up, to 120kgr-246lbr and in upper back exersizes)
all my previous goals for this year have been met (loosing bodyfat and showing that sixpack!), so after summer I was looking to set a new goal for myshelf.
I was reading a magazine same days before and I guess there I got my new insp?ration!
