  • Dballin you need to make sure your getting enough fuel through your diet to grow and then find a trainer or someone awesome to teach you exercises and the proper way to do them

  • Quads and Hams for me on Friday and the weekend to let 'em rest. Can't wait. Dballin23 - Squats is always the best, but I am also seeing good outer growth on quads from leg presses with feet closer together. Good luck.
