  • blend it, like I do, with blueberries, strawberries, and a banana. Tastes great and you get extra anti-oxidants and potassium.

  • Add a sprinkle of Crystal Light for a no calorie help... and its actually enjoyable. It also works as a great sour cream substitute. Toss it in some salad with lean ground salsa... BAM- taco salad. BB Style :)

  • I've been adding the blueberries and banana to it, and like that combination, just wanted to try something new. Added almonds and cranberries and started getting tired of that combo also. So going plain wasn't too bright I must say. I like the idea of adding crystal light, but may use Stevia instead. Definitely going to try it in taco salad with lean ground beef. Thanks everyone! Much appreciated!
