  • Been on the one I made for too long. Need to change it up. Make it less intense, and add some yoga in their. Need to improve my flexibility. Mostly to help my leg workouts. I've done yoga before and I was good at it, but it's been a long time.

  • What exactly is your goal? Are you trying to put on mass?

  • I'm trying to gain weight but keep with the lean ripped look basically. I'm doing yoga for flexibility and stress reasons.

  • Yoga is great. As for gaining mass and staying lean....i eat all of my carbs at bfast, pre and post workout whether cutting or bulking. This has worked really well for me as well as cycling my carb intake with high and low days based on what bodypart i'm working on. I have my high carb days on back and leg days, moderate on chest and shoulders and low for biceps/triceps, rest days etc. If you're not seeing the results you want it could very well be a dietary issue. Might need to up the calories man. Don't be scared to experiment bro, that's what it takes to find the right balance for you. Good luck!

  • Yoga is good! Need to do more myself. Agree with estin1981. I try to keep my carbs concentrated around my workouts, especially the largest muscle groups. Do experiment with your calories. Try even +250/day for a week and see what happens. My calories can range from 1500 to 4000, depending. Remember, you've got to run a calorie surplus if you want to grow. You've got to give your body something to grow with. Well, that's what I keep telling my daughter ;-) Glad to see your motivation up!!!
