Background
When my brother moved and didn't have room for his weight bench in his new place and asked if i wanted it. I found room at my place and after a couple years got myself a brand new bench and weights. Got in and out of working out over the years, the most consistent was from 2007 - 2009 then moved around a few places the last couple of years and slacked way off. I've recently gotten back into the consistency and joined Bodyspace hoping this site will help keep me on track.
It helps keep my mood, self confidence and health up.

My 12 Week Labrada Lean Body Transformation
Posted in Training : Aug 26, 2011 6:15pmI started my 12 week challenge on June 3rd and finished today August 26th. I weighed 178 pounds and had 17% bodyfat at the beginning and now on the last day i weigh 164 pounds and have 8% bodyfat. I followed the workout schedule in the program pretty close, i lifted for 2 days and took 1 day off and for intervals with walking/running i did in the morning before breakfast for 30 minutes and for intervals with my bike i did before bed for 30 minutes.
