i am a very athletic person. when try new
things, i like to achieve whatever it is
i set myself in and take it to the next
level. the sense of wanting the set of new knowledge and proximate achievement defines passion.
Why I Love It:
it brings more than resistance to power and energy, it is a way of expressing yourself. one failure makes you want to achieve that goal to your highest potential. with pride, comes sensitivity. mental awareness relevant with personality, strength, durability, emotion, character, persona, and pretty
much any stone laid down in your path
for achievement gathers.
How I Stay Motivated:
your thoughts, and ideas, tips, pointers
keep me in straight ahead motion!!
thanxx to all whom have helped me in
this way. it means a lot to me =]...
expressing my goals, ideas, thoughts, issues to others. when you say what you
really want to set for, and express it
with passion, there is not stopping your
manner of thought or action.
BB Accomplishments:
earlier this year i had a ripped, lean body, but with injuries and other stumbles in my life, i was carried in the wrong direction into how i was last year.
my set goal is to gain pure, raw, and
natural muscle to continue my dream.
Gain thirty-five pounds of pure natural
organic and solid muscle!!
Goal (Long):
when i was a little one, i used to be really jumpy
and out for everything. then when i moved to
America, i lost it. my mom would often take me
and my brother to fast food restaurants about
two to three times per week, i now know it is bad.
though i have been swimming
since i was eight, i have not been in the best
shape. someone i really admire would have to be Chris Dickerson. his philosophy and careful thought of how to become a bodybuilder is extraordinary, and i someday want to be able to compete for a big name title in the future.
right now, i am at one hundred and forty two
pounds with fourteen and five hundredths of body
fat percentage. my goal is to build down to six or
seven percent body fat, and gain about eight to
ten pounds of muscle. the trolley dilemma really
keeps me going; what can i do to overcome my
obstacles and fears, and in turn bring something
of most sense and importance out of them, without
the loss of enthusiasm? this with the notion of
knowing what can i do to my body and how/ what i
can do to bring the best of it, keeps me at bay
and in path towards that road.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm cutting right now so my strength is going down bit.. but that's ok, I rather try to increase definition now ;) Hope things are good with you!
Profile pic showing solid muscle and definition already. U stay motivated and healthy all the way to those goals and you'll get there before you know it. Andre
