How I Started:
I was the weakest guy in middle school but then started working out in 8th grade and been adjusting the workouts since.
Why I Love It:
Want to see what my limits are. I want to see if I can all naturally reach a 2000 total in deadlift-squat-bench press or 1500 in the lifts for 10 reps.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always feel I have more in me to lift more weight as the years go by.
If the previous generation doesn't like that we're taking longer to find the right person and start a family, then they should've raised our peers better.Plus its YOU guys that taught us men to be more feminine & our women to be more masculine hence "equality."That, and do you guys expect us to find the right person AND hope we end up at the same college, AND career location after it?This isn't the 1980s.Having four generations of the same family alive can't happen anymore.Deal with it.

Well for myself, the lower I can keep my carbs and the more cardio I can fit in my schedule the better condition I come in. Being on a low carb diet I take alot of branched chain amino acids to give me energy and help preserve the mass while cutting. This method works great for me.
Hey mate i've just been looking at your personal best bb records, and they're all in the high end of the rep range.. I admire your physique and i was just wandering if you train 5x5? I'm doing bill starrs int 5x5, but i enjoy the higher rep ranges much more. Did you achieve all that you have in those ranges? Thanks mate, Matt.
I haven't logged on in awhile....my workouts are going well. I'm in the process of moving so trying to keep things in the gym going and keep my diet as clean as I can .....which is tough. How are your workouts?
I know!!! I sure hope and pray i'm still going strong at this 30 years from now and look as amazing as some of the people on here. Just another motivating factor to keep the spirits high and adrenaline pumping for me!!!!
