Hmmm... all kinds of things motivate me... My beautiful daughter (I need to get HUGE by the time she is 16 to put a little fear in the boys that want to date her... LOL) Encouraging and helping others really motivates me. I try to remember how hard my ex-girlfriend laughed when someone suggested that I dress up as a Spartan for Halloween! ;) Ecclesiastes 9:10 "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might..." 1 Chronicles 28:10 "So take this seriously. You have the right motive, brother. Do it for the glory of God, and with the God-given strength. I just started P90X this last summer and haven't felt better since, and my goal is the same as yours - just to be everything I can be without being obsessed with it.

Yup, that's the one in Phoenix. I've been there in the summertime ... Jan is a much better time to be there. LOL. It's a well run full and 1/2 marathon ... they do a good job putting it together and being right after the holidays means you can't REALLY slack off totally between Thanksgiving and New Years :)

You'll be hitting some heavy weights with those fast twitch fibers. Then some Complex training, Plyometric training, and some sprinting.
