JonathanWinbush Thanks man I appreciate it. I always get at least 30 minutes in walking during my lunch break but I try to get more in if time allows. On my off nights with no weight training I do about 35 minutes of cardio in a split i warm up with 15 minutes on a bike then hit like 20 minutes on the elliptical or hit the heavy bag. On weight training nights I do about 10 minutes on the bike before weights to get my heart rate up then I do 20 minutes on the treadmill to cool down after weights. Feb 14, 2012 11:20am
