How I Started:
I started workin out to get fitter for futbol(soccer). I used to do everything wrong and i think i overexercised lol. I got help from coaches, my father n reading some magazines so now im workin out the right way and the right amount of times per week(i think :S) lol
Why I Love It:
I love the pain after exercise lol. Just feelin fitter and stronger and lookin better. Performin at a higher level in football.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by jus seein myself get stronger n basically all the results of workin out. when i don't work out i feel bad lol :).Just seein how fit professional athletes are motivates me too :)

this was taken durin the holy month of ramadan when muslims fast(we dont eat anytin) from sunrise to sunset... thot tht i shud eat A LOTT AFTER IFTAR(time wen we are allowed to eat) n work out a lot... started takin creatine but decided to stop...
Still Ramadan...lol... i hav no idea if i hav changed in round 10 days lol... jus uploaded this progress pic for fun... since ramadan i hav actually done much mor cardio than strength exercises.... i wasnt plannin to do tht... i lost like 6 kg allready(2 mor weeks to go) i dnt rlly care bout...

SOMETIMES MISS WORK OUTS CUZ OF FOOTBALL MATCHES, MATCH DAYS ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT.
