When I Started:
Aug, 2005
How I Started:
After having twins, I put on some weight and wanted to lose it.
Why I Love It:
The overall healthy feeling I have all the time. I love the endorphins that I feel after a hard workout. Nothing better than being covered with sweat and breathing heavy from exercise.
How I Stay Motivated:
my children, also I'm pretty grossed out by really fat people. I never want to be so fat that I need a motorized chair to get around. If anyone needed to walk more....
I also don't want to be a fat nurse. How can people take me seriously when I tell them how to stay healthy and prevent disease when I'm overweight?
BB Accomplishments:
Before starting nursing school (RN), I was down to a size 4 and at 21% Bodyfat.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
didn't know what equipment was for, and didn't ask. could have hurt myself.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
ask questions about equipment and different exercises. you can learn a lot from other members. don't be intimidated by the more seasoned members, most are very nice. save for a few assholes.
Well, I'm back again. Anyone can plainly see that my profile picture is not where I'm at now. I'm way too embarrassed to post what I look like now. Let's just say that I'm the biggest I've ever been in my entire life. I havn't done any measurements or body fat calculations recently but...
