vickybug I hate cardio (like you) and have to beat myself to do it but I get it in at least 3x's a week. Right now i'm working out in my basement. I ravage the internet for anything new to throw in because I bored quick. I believe the fitness balls and bands are a great toss in the bucket as well. :) Good luck and you'll find what you are comfortable with! Feb 22, 2012 3:37pm
