pennylayne So I was 137 a couple months ago (need to check on here) and am 154 today! Crazy! Started working out and gained 12 in a week! :(

pennylayne Was 137 March 9. Hit sprints and weights heavy that week and put on 10 instant pounds that still haven't gone away! Anyone know what's up?!
