hellow there. what is a typical days menu for you look like if that is ok. im trying toget some new ideas for myself. my food options are boring me and i think i need to see what others are doing. if you could give me a sample that would be much appreciated.

hey how is everything going....i cannot for the life of me get motivated to loose anything. i have gained 7 pounds of fat and just can't get an the ball to loose wt. i want to get it now before its too late which i feel as thought it is already. my husband has been laid off from his job and then i don't work eaither so alls we do is eat. its horrible. i need to kick my self in gear and stay on track and then i will be fine. i jsut feel like i don't know where to start anymore. its crazy!!!!

thats great that you are doing so well...me on the other hand it has been a long winter and i have gained a few pounds but spring has motivated me to kick it up a notch. so back at it. its so tough when the weather is crappy and youget bored of the ame ol thing. im glad to take my workouts out doors. hope you have a good week too.

after a long hiatus i am back to it. really wanting to get ready for summer. sometimes i jsut really need to refocus on my goals. this website helps me to get motivated again. and seeing people like you REALLY gets me motivated. i like to see fit moms! by the way i love your legs in your profile pic. what is your secret. they look very lean. that is my area i am trying to work on the most.

well, i am doing not so good with the training casue we have had some floodong here in iowa and my gym has been flooded. we are in the process of cleaning it up now but i am still on track with the eating and doing cardio still. can't wait to get bac to my wts.
