so the past is the past and i am setting new gaols for myself. i have realized that i am not going to change in any way unless i change my attitude toward myself. this has to start with making myself feeling better. i need to get a handle on my eatinghabits i do so good for 5 days or a week then...
Yes, it would definately help. I know there are some calculators out there to find out how many cals you should eat based on your body weight, and then it is best to do a split like 50/30/20/ Of protein, carb and fats...or some do 40/40/20. That way you are balanced out and not getting too much of one or the other. If I can find the link I will send it to you...
I really do not eat the same thing everyday. I eat my complex carbs around my workouts, and then I make sure to get in enough protein (aboit 1.2 per lb. of body weight) and then enough good fats too. Do you follow any macros breakdown? That helps allot.
I know...the weather does have a hold over me and idk why...it has def been a long winter(here in OH)..I totally understand..i had a few setbacks this winter also...So yes, its time to kick it up!!! Good luck..you can do it!

Ah, you are SO sweet. My legs have been my trouble area...but the last few months I have focused on lifting SUPER heave and then doing the stairmaster or running for cardio. It has helped me allot. You can do it...we all have ur down times, but spring motivates me too!
Hi,Great to hear from you...you look Great...I have been doing pretty good with staying on track but this week i took off...my body was telling me to slow down...i haven't been feeling well (sinus/congestion crap)So i am hoping that i will get back on track next week.Sorry to hear you aren't doing that well...don't beat yourself up..just do what you can and stay positive..(I have had those days/weeks, so i understand!)..write me anytime if you need to talk.
