I use a 6 day split which consists of 3 days on 1 day of rest then 3 days on again and so forth.



Day 1 Legs

Main body movements

- Squat3-5x7-10 reps*
- Dead Lift 5x7-10 reps*
- Walking Dumb Bell Lunges 3x15 steps

*If using 5 sets last 2 sets are supersets or...

my workouts have been going well, check out my 'workout ' section on my page for all the details.... i do 30 min cardio every day that I lift (so do them together) i lift then immediately run. its really good because your stomach is empty and the shift from lift to run causes massive cal burn, great for losing bf% I use a pyramid form so it is short but intense runs ... gets the job done
