Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training! Your muscles seem to be ready to become as huge as you want, specially ABS and chest! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?

Not sure of the supplements brands over there. In general, whey protein, glutamine, multivitamin, and creatine if you can afford it. I did 12-15 total sets for chest, back, legs, and shoulders. I did 6-9 sets for bis and tris. 6-10 reps per set. I changed exercises every 4 weeks to prevent the body from adapting. Hope this helps.

Mehh dont feel so left out I'm new to BB as well. My training is not so much for looks. I guess you can say martial arts, but without the trying to defend if that makes sense?

keep what your doing but lift heavy up to max 8 reps and increase your protein. also add creatine, BCCA / glutimine etc..
