Jesus. Do cardio at least 5 days a week 30 mins a day, and cut your carbs by 10%. See what that does. Also, read my blogs is you haven't yet. There's a ton of infor on them to help you in your goals.

you have to lose fat as a total bodyfat %, you can't just pick where you want to lose fat. Focus on cardio, and good diet and eventually you will get lean enough that the fat will come off. Spot reduction is the big fitness myth ever created
well like i said before not everything works exactly the same when applied to another person. give youself 2 weeks to see if it works or not. but i think you should be pleasantly surprised.
s'up brodda. what are you weighing in at at the moment? that would give me an idea how to figure your eating n stuff. yea i can tell that you've DEF had some positive improvements. remember just because u dont gain right away its just a matter of finding what works for you. chances are its about your eating. give me a few and ill get somthing to you ok? send me your weight first
