How I Started:
I got the body building encyclopedia by arnold for xmas when i was younger and added 15- 20 lbs. stopped for a few months, worked out for a month, that type of thing for a few years. But now I have the time to get serious.
Huge amounts of meat and iron = muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love the sweat, pump and results you get from dedication and lots of hard work.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to bench press 250 (more then half way there on the bench) squat 500 (half way there on the squats) and deadlift 700 (half way there on the deads)!
He is huge and gets ripped when it comes down to it. I have an inch of height on him and its great to see what I could become if I work my ass off and dont sacrifice any reps over my life time. Best inspirational photo is him and Big Ronnie, I have always thought Ronnie was king and Sared looks huge next to him .... now that something. Also those bloody quads are ridiculos. Just talking with my neighbour about working out. He was talking about the supps he is taking and I gave him my 2 cents on supps. He has only been working out for 2 months and is already taking a T booster. He kept bringing up steroids and how these giants at his work have been doing them, one...
Thanks for the comment about dinosaur training. The programs I've been doing have those basic compounds in them, but also have that "fluff". Good luck with your strength program.

Thanks for the input man, I have wanted to add weight to myself during a sit-up but can't seem to find the most comfortable way to do it without weights falling off or something like that.

I took the stuff for a couple of weeks the last time I was in Iraq. But like all powdered creatine I've taken before, I had to stop taking it because it upset my stomach. I just stick with the buffered stuff now.
no PR's... i've completely changed every aspect of my training and nutrition. No longer doing any crazy 500 plus lb squats, heaviest im going now a days is 365 hitting 8 inch box for 12's
