How I Started:
I got the body building encyclopedia by arnold for xmas when i was younger and added 15- 20 lbs. stopped for a few months, worked out for a month, that type of thing for a few years. But now I have the time to get serious.
Huge amounts of meat and iron = muscle.

hey bro, hope you had a good holiday. Just read your blog entry asking about NO, I wouldn't use just NO, try NO Xplode, its awesome, pricey but worth it. Dont quote me but im pretty sure it has a decent amount of creatine esther in it, regardless I didn't use creatine with it. Maybe throw in something like 17HD and you'll see some bad a s s results. Remember big calories and big quality carbs.

im seeing some size gains, keep hitting it hard. read your blog, wrist wraps def help for reps, but dont neglect your grip either, hit the forearms. wraps are only a tool, there nice to have but you dont wanna have to rely on them. STRENGTH & HONOR
Thanks for the help. I get about 4 -5 hours sleep a night. I know this is a big problem and am working on it. I am sure you are right in each piece of advice. Tell me more about ZMA.
