Thanks, I have the same trainer take the bodyfat measurement every two weeks or so. That way, I get a consistent measurement for comparison. I was surprised, but happy to see the improvement

Oui ça va pas pire, je commence à avoir des quads pis des biceps là LOL! J'ai commencé à prendre du Rapidcuts alors on va voir ce que ça va donner dans 2-3 semaines... j'essais de bien manger mais pas évident.. LOL Pizza hier, pis des beignes aujourd'hui LOL! Toi ça va?
