When I Started: Feb 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I dont whant to reduce my fat weight only... I decide to make a big change with my body, the real transformation period...

WHY I LOVE IT:

its stimulate doing a transformation,i never look like this before...and the feeling to push weight is awsome...
