Hey Pecto your weight is falling off. If you stay consistant you will be seeing your abs soon. Keep up the good work! I'm doing well. My diet stayed strong through thanksgiving!
Leo, How has your heavy lifting been working for you? I know you added in the breathing technique. I hope that it has helped to boost those squat and deadlift numbers.

Ah mais, non. 2 heures et vachement trop pour une seance. 1 heure au max, sinon ca fait le sur-entrainement qui cause la perte de masse musculaire et la prise de graisse corporelle.
Il faut dire qu'avant to faire cet HIT moi, je faisais habituellement 1 heure et demie, 7 jours sur 7. Trop pour moi, mais quand j'avais la vingtaine ce n'etait pas si evident ;-]
