I've been working out since around middle school. I always did sports, every season, through secondary school. It was until freshman year of college, 4 years ago, when I gained 40 lbs!!!! Now, as the manager of a tennis club and working on my Exercise Physiology degree, its about time I start practicing what I preach.
Why I Love It:
I've always been an on again-off again kind of lifter, but I am trying so hard lately to stay motivated, as I work at a tennis club and would like to "look the part" and to just drastically change my health and overall aesthetics
How I Stay Motivated:
Obviously, videos on this site help me a lot. I think I have watched the entirety of War for the Worlds with Bob C. at least 20 times. But daily, with me seeing all kinds of athletes out playing tennis and in my studies, it gives me goals that I know I can achieve if I put in the work.

How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
As we all know, hypertension is a disorder that has no known specific cause. Learning to stay fit and eat right has helped me keep my blood pressure in check, finally without medication.
