i want to build a better body and inspire others to lead a healthy and fulfilling life
Goal (Long):
i once battled an eating disorder (in case you didn't know: most ballerinas do!)
now i just want to live in my skin and be happy with it. i'm studying nutrition in school so that i can conduct research and help others to better their lives as well.
for 2009, i'm hoping to finally build the muscle that i need to be mentally AND physically strong.
i just completed the 12 week transformation contest, and now i am having trouble deciding where to start a new log. for now, i'm going to use this blog again.

How did the warrior diet go? Well, I realized that I could not get enough calories in my diet with it, and that I don't want to cut right now, so I stopped.
In its defense, I felt increased energy levels during the day, had sounder sleep at night, and definitely ate healther. It has actually taught me to eat healthier. Now instead of eating 5 bananas each day, I'll throw in an apple and a salad. I hate vegetables. I'll deal with it, though.
