i'm a college athlete studying to become a nutritionist.
Goal (Long):
i think it's so funny that i registered on here three years ago..but only now do i discover that i truly enjoy the site.
i'm in a maintainence phase right now, but i will keep this updated as i plan to train in the near future.

How did the warrior diet go? Well, I realized that I could not get enough calories in my diet with it, and that I don't want to cut right now, so I stopped.
In its defense, I felt increased energy levels during the day, had sounder sleep at night, and definitely ate healther. It has actually taught me to eat healthier. Now instead of eating 5 bananas each day, I'll throw in an apple and a salad. I hate vegetables. I'll deal with it, though.
