How I Started:
self motivated.. i lost alot of weight as i used to be quite fat lol and thought its time to put a bit of muscle on for footy and just to look and feel better.
Why I Love It:
i feel great after and ya confidence goes up.
How I Stay Motivated:

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
Been training for about 2 and half years now. . 6 days per week. . 14 weeks high intensity for bulking, then 10 weeks volume for cutting. . . And you ? ?
Ben thanks for the tips I will try them out! I got new measurements! will post them all soon but I have lost at least 3.3% of bf% almost 4.1%!(right on the edge, give me another week!) down to 14.5% bf from 17.9 in 3 months! lost a confirmed 15 lbs! (18 must have been a scale glitch . lost bf in every part of me and got more proportional. pic vids and full stat up soon en thanks for the tips I will try them out!

Welcome. Certainly has been a good year but especially last few months. Even upper back showing good definition along with thick traps and delts. Keep us updated on your progress. Andre
