I had some serious set backs during my 12 week transformation but I was still able to get my weight down to where I could see my abs again. Now I want to put on some lean muscle and fill out weakspots in my phsyique.

kinkoshinkai Before you calorie cut, I would recommend cycling your macros at your current calorie level. Like 50/20/30 protein/carbs/healthy fats, and then 50/10/40 and then 60/10/30, and then back to your 40/40/20. Rotating every 4 days. You might even do 3 days of protein/greens only/healthy fats and shooting for 2000-2200 calories, then a carb re-feed day. Play with the macros first, and you run less risk of muscle attrition.
