I never had the chance to write about my Body Transformation results. In a nutshell, I came very close to my goals, but sadly, I could have way surpassed them if life didn't hand me so many challenges the last 5 weeks. Long story short, my mom went to the hospital with quadruple pneumonia, which turned her body septic, which led to almost everything shutting down and her going into a coma. Posted in Other : Feb 06, 2012 9:03pmI really can't believe I'm starting week 5 and I'm almost half way done with this transformation challenge. I was intending on taking pictures at the end of 3 and 4 week but I was traveling on each of those days so I'm determined not to miss the end of week 6. The half way.
I can definitely tell that this challenge is going to be a life changer for me. I can't imagine going back to the way I used to eat. I body feels much better all around.

Posted in Training : Jan 16, 2012 1:35amI really need to get to bed to start week two off right, but I can't sleep until I get a few words down about my experience with week 1 of my Body Transformation Challenge. I'm going to try to mention the positives but I also need to be brutally honest if I'm going to improve as the week goes on.
