I lift weights three times a week. I also meet with my trainer Jennifer once a week. When I meet with her we do whatever she has scheduled. I also do cardio six times a week.
I walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes to an hour. I also ride the stationary bike. I alternate back and forth depending on how I feel on that particular day. |
