I lift weights three times a week. I also meet with my trainer Jennifer once a week. When I meet with her we do whatever she has scheduled. I also do cardio six times a week.
I walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes to an hour. I also ride the stationary bike. I alternate back and forth...
I just dropped by to wish you all the best and to say, “way to go!”
Everyone here on Bodybuilding.com knows how hard it is not only to work out but also to keep up the nutritional discipline needed so that we can continue to lose weight. I give you major props for holding true to your plan.
Keep up the great work.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by...way to shred those pounds away!! Just b sure to eat 5-6 meals a day (no less), avoid sugar and refined carbs, and processed foods. If you are using weights to challenge muscle at least 3x per week, and do some walking or biking daily, you will burn the fat and feed the muscle! Keep posted about your progress...Ciao!
hi there, thanks for dropping in. I am ok. Just lost another baby so I have been sick and not able to go to the gym. blah. So I am 6lbs heavier and I have to work hard to take it off. As soon as I feel better I will be back inthe gym with a vengeance :)
How have you been? you don't write in your blogs...that's how I stay updated :)
It was great you dropped by. I was hoping that you would get a chance to drop by when you had a bit of time. Everything with me is going great and I am receiving amazing blessings each and every day. The Lord is being overly generous with me but you will not hear me complain. How about you? Are things going well? Let me know what is going on and how you are dealing with life on a daily basis. God bless.
Try not to judge your transformation just by the scale alone. Muscle weighs more than fat & if you lose an inch of fat & gain an inch of muscle it will actually show a weight increase. Judge more by how your clothes fit and by your overall body measurements. Sometimes the scale can be a poor indicator and not show your true changes. Keep up the great work and I am going to keep believing in and supporting you.
Remember:"God didn't promise you a day without pain, laughter without sorrow or sun without rain. But He did promise you strength for the day, comfort for your tears and a light for the way."
I am dropping by because I have not heard from you in quite a while and I am concerned that things are not going as well as you would have wanted. Are you doing OK? Is there anything that I can do? If necessary send me a private message.
