I am in Baghdad, Camp Victory. Where are you? Your nutrition looks good. You eat a lot of carbohydrates for dinner. What time do you usually eat dinner? You don’t want to eat too much carbs before bed. But, if your body reacts well to it, keep doing it. Oh...names Zyon.

I completely understand, it is that way here too. They built us a new one, but decided it should become a hospital instead. At least ya'll have internet in your rooms (brick and mortar ones)...luckily, I have an office and they haven't blocked bb.com
