Pec is healing awesome. Almost 100% now thanks to not gettign ahead of myself with weight.
What supplements do you take? I have been meaning to ask yout that.

Hey Big D. Not that you need any advice or help cuz you are huge, but I started a new workout log. I train a little similar to your new traing/Layne's training. Since you train for size and strength check it out. This routine has worked very well for me this past school year.

Training is going well. Since I have been home over winter break I have gained some muscle and lost fat thanks to good old healthy home cooking. How come you dont post your workouts anymore man? I enjoyed them.
