When I Started:
Sep, 1998
How I Started:
Since I wasn't tall I wanted to get as big as I could muscle wise. Older brother got me into it.
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes you feel and the rush you get form lifting big weights or getting another rep or two or lifting a few more lbs each workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror. Coming home and your family telling you that you've gotten bigger even gained fat motivates you to lose it. And just sticking on a schedule being consistent.
