I got tired of weighting 280 lbs.
Why I Love It:
The peace it brings you, the pain, and feeling like you actually did something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Anytime i feel like i dont need to workout, i will walk around the mall and look at people. I get to see everything i don't want to be and what i could become. That usually gets me off my butt.

Goal (Long):
Dec 2007. I was shopping for engagment rings with my girlfriend. Three days after x-mas she told me about the guy she had been sleeping with, so i was crushed. While dating this girl i had gone from 200 lbs to 280 lbs, there is a long story to why that happened. Nov 2008 My weight is 235 lbs and my first goal is 200 lbs, so 45 lbs down and only 35 to go. Along with this I have gone from using only 20 lbs kettlebells for everything to using 35 lbs, 50 lbs, and on some lifts 70 lbs kettlebells. My second goal is to reach my BMI of 184, so right now i am 51 lbs away form that goal. Goal Charting: goal 1: i'am 56.25% done, I will use goal 2 as my long term listed below.
