Overall Goal: starting next week, i hope to start out slow for the first month with just hit major body parts and get my diet right. I need to work on getting a routine down first.

Goal (Long):
Try to make this long term without injuries. I would like to add muscle and lose fat.
Well I join a local key club gym on 3/3/06 and had my first workout. I have to take it easy for the first month of going to the gym. I started out with an upper body workout of 2 sets of 15 reps. Must have done something right, because of the soreness. Today will be the first lower body workout.
