My neighbor gave me a set of the old school concrete weights with the plastic wrapped around them.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of touching the iron and knowing that when I touch I will be able to move it.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from the inside. Just having the drive and determination to go to the gym and train and be productive while I am there.

Placing 4th in my first ever show.

Ok, I went to the doc and had an ultrasound done on my kidneys and bladder. They found a little bit of damage to one of my kidneys. The good thing is that it will repair itself over time. They suggest I monitor my protein intake a little closer. So in the end everything will be ok.
