i will be at the northern but ot competing. so iwil be rooting for you. right now i amgeting over the competion blues. last time this year i was getting ready for a couple of shows and thought this would be a good yeaar after taking a year off but i went ack to school so i wil put my prowl for my pro-card till 2010
i am stil trying to get on track due to my busy schedule with school and work and trying to study i am trying adn think i am back to a regular work out schedule now ,ut i do not miss a week of training i still get in 2-3 days of hard work
its a good show couple of guys from my gym are doing it as well. they weretrying to get me to join them in it but i am not ready,mentally,phsically or financialy as well. so i will watch and root for my freinds and you as well if you do it.they wanna see me on stage but i am not getting that contest bug. they wanna see whats under the clthes since i have been growing.
yea someties you got to force some food in. what happpeed is your stomach shrunkdown form your last show and it has not regained its size all the way to where you are hungry s much
are you getting ready for a show. or just bulking back up. if you are just bulking back up just have the shake after you work out and eat 2 -3 hours later if you are not that hungry
yea you have to switch your meals around to gain the weight you want, have to add this and add that to your meals, more carbs more fat more protien,i am trying to reach 175 -180 this year and sit on that for a year
training is going good making some improvements here and there. weight going up slowly havig to change some thigs here and there. still gona take some time off from competing
