Goal (Long):
I want to work for the FBI in a few years, working on SWAT or Hostage Rescue Team. Anything Para military is cool...defending this country and doing it in the best shape possible. Im hoping to stay at 200lbs and be able to run between 5-10 miles decently fast.
I need to do this all on low sodium diet (kidney stones are a major problem for me) and i would like to keep my bodyfat under 7%. I want to stay healthy too, staying strong, getting stronger.
Hi, I am doing a survey on crepitus/clicks/cracks etc with regards to lifters like you and myself, and was curious to know whether you got clicks in your shoulders or anywhere else during the day or during weights?
Damn buddy. U bench is good. Your other lifts are weak. Focus on more with u shoulder joints. The tiny muscles are rotator cuffs. U need to increase that bro
Bro, that your ideal weight. 200lbs be too much for you. Be glad, bro u got at least 10lbs of muscle.
U look like u got a meduim frame. If u were pretty big. Maybe 200lbs might happen, bro
