How I Started:
A friend showed me around the weight room at my workplace and i got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I feel so good and energized afterward! Also, I enjoy seeing the progress that I am seeing it's very motivating!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm trying to figure that out, I have a really hard time staying motivated so any ideas I will be accepting of!

hey great progress man . i cut down from 260 to 185 and have been bulking back up.. that mass is harder to put on than taking it of in my opinion. ..but so much more rewarding.. what do you think?
