meal 1: 1 scoop ISO-100 whey, multi-vitamin, 3 x 1000mg fish oil, 3 CLA
meal 2: 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites scrambled, 1 tsp. hot sauce
meal 3: 4 slices turkey (98% fat free), 1 ounce walnuts
meal 4: 5 ounces tuna, 1 TBSP pickle relish, 1 TBSP salad dressing, 2 slices whole wheat bread
meal 5: 3 light mozarella string cheese, 1 ounce mixed nuts, multivitamin
meal 6: pre-workout: 1/2 scoop ISO-100 whey, 1/2 scoop Dymatize casein, 2 scoops Dymatize X-pand, 1 con-cret creatine, 6 NO boost, 2 Betain
During workout: 2 scoops BCAA
meal 7: post-workout: 1 scoop ISO-100 whey, 1 scoop Dymatize casein, 1 scoop Beta-Alanine, 1 con-cret creatine, 1 scoop BCAA, 12-14 Wonka bottlecaps, 2 Betain
