Started bodybuilding after working back stage at a show and was inspired how different the bodybuilders looked compared to the average man in the street.

Goal (Long):
Need to gain 21 lbs in weight by hitting the gym and bulking up. Giving myself 15 month then diet, and possibly compete in 2008. Would like to achieve 224 lbs before the diet and compete at 203 lbs.If I manage this I will also be looking at a body fat content of only 5% to 6%. I don't compete with the younger guys in using weights that are too heavy. I use the weights I can handle but make sure you have the correct resistance. Good form when training. Eat well, train short/intense. and rest.
