Goals:
Main Goal: Live Healthier
Goal (Short): I don't look bad naked, it's with clothes on that I hate how I look... I want to develop muscles and cardiovascular endurance. Achieve and maintain a healthy weight. LOOK as hot as I FEEL!
Goal (Long): On April 10th 2008 I weighed 184 lbs and was my first day of workout with trainer man. My first goal was to lose 40 lbs by end of July. On June 23rd I've lost net 10 lbs only, so I'm changing my goal date to (six months) October 10th, to get to 140 lbs or less. I know God gave me this body to treat it right and with respect, not to make it as fat as it can be... I want to be stronger, leaner and lighter, I want my clothes to fit and not to dread shopping. I want to do lifts and dips without weight aid of the machine, I want to do full push ups. The sky is the limit, right?!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 34 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 20%

12 to 30 it depends, trainer man determines this

I take a serving of my protein with water. It tastes good, helps with thirst, I get less sore... and it probably is good for my body? :-)

And I am very glad to see your smiling face! Hopefully, you are getting 100% and will be able to enjoy the weekend. I hope to do some motorcycling, kayaking and mountain biking in the next three days. Also, I am going to see some friends and have some food. dont be so worried about the weight loss numbers, a lot is in bf and how you look to actually notice a change. i would kick your pt to the curb, i am sorry being a marine i know how to push buttons to get what i want done, but to say you would quit on someone if they dont loose the weight, no deal
