Simple, sweet, and to the point I want to get shredded.
Goal (Long):
I'm following a 30% protein, 65% fat, and 5% carb diet. So far my strength has gone up and i've lost 20 lbs so something is working. I'm somewhat scared that I'll look too small when i get my goal but I guess there's only one way to find out.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 6 lb

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Most recent and most serious to date is a Grade 1 AC Joint sprain
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The person in no condition to give advice but insists on doing so.

shorts, or sweat pants and any tee shirt i can find in closet.

Sorry to hear about that AC tear! I had an AC separation (from snow skiing) and had surgery in December. So I know how bad these shoulder injuries can suck! Let that thing heal up and start getting shredded again!

I lost over 50 lb’s and actually went up – way up in strength. Don’t worry too much about strength loss with weight loss because as you gain lean muscle you are getting stronger and as the fat disappears your body will start looking better as well.
