Don't know just always workedout.

Don't care about bodybuilding but I workout on a regular basis to stay in shape

None but I went from weighing 210 pounds to wieghing 127 pounds and I did this all myself with no diet just working out hard, I guess you could call that an accomplishment.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?

It's amazing how many dumb asses I've run into with the health industry, mainly stupid ******s but can't restrict it to that because I saw a lot of just pure backward people that didn't know the difference between their head and their ****en ass!!  Just glad I don't have to deal with...
