Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I think Dorian Yates did, because of his condition and fullness and mass. He was well proportioned. That's a hard one though you got other guys in the sport that looked like him as well. I would have to say he is the one bodybuilder I really try to follow in training and everything and really listen up and read as much material as possible specifically when it's coming from Dorian.I think Dorian Yates did, because of his condition and fullness and mass. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I rest long enough to catch my breath. I don't put a timer on it!! I just rest long enough to know I will be able to lift the most amount of weight before doing my next set. This help's stimulate more hypertrophy because you are able to lift more weight and at the same time you are boosting up your testerone and human growth hormone levels more because you are training more intensly.I rest long enough to catch my breath.
